​Who can join MAEVE Fullerton?

​Any and all moms in the Fullerton, California area! Are you expecting, have young kids, or have kids in grade school? We can support you!

​I work full-time, can I join?

Yes! We have a variety of moms in our group — stay-at-home, part-time, and full-time working moms. You can find community and connections in a many ways, through mom-only events, playdates, our FB group, or service initiatives.

​What types of service projects do you organize?

A variety that focus on helping our Fullerton community. For example, this might be a school supply drive for families in need, packed winter emergency supply kits for homeless shelters, making cards for a local nursing homes, kids clothing swaps, and more.

​I don't use Facebook. Can I still be in the group?

Absolutely! Even if you are not part of our private Facebook group, you can connect through our events, service projects, and email.

​Is there a minimum number of events to attend?

Nope, you choose how you want to participate. Just know the more you are involved, the more you get out of being a member of MAEVE Fullerton!

​What does MAEVE stand for?

​Motherhood, alliance, equity, village, empowerment. These are our ideals for building our mom community!

​What does a normal monthly schedule look like?

Per month we have 1 All-Member Business Meeting, 1-2 Moms’ Night Outs on weeknights, 2 or 3 chapter-wide daytime activities on weekdays and weekends, and 1 virtual MAEVE-wide event. Playgroups schedule recurring playdates on weekdays or weekends!

​What are the membership contributions?

We are a member-supported non-profit. The bulk of our operational costs, community and members-only programming, and charitable service is supported by the generous contributions of our members! Read more here.

What are your Covid protocols?

We follow the CDC’s guidelines. Each family should choose how they want to engage in events and playdates.

​I live outside Fullerton, can I still join?

Yep! Our events and service projects focus in our local Fullerton area, but you are welcome to join as an Affiliate member. Check out MAEVE’s other chapters in case there is one closer to you.
